The visit of the chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis to Samarkand continued with the study of the activities of enterprises in Urgut district. First, they got acquainted with the activities of the carpet production enterprise "YEC" in the district. About 200 employees work in the enterprise.

A spinning shop, a weaving building, administrative offices are equipped with modern technologies. Modern enterprise carpets are now exported to the CIS countries, America and Saudi Arabia.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Chairman of the Senate Tanzila Norboyeva met with the workers of the enterprise. He asked them about the conditions created here.

"I live in Sariqtepa neighborhood of Urgut district," says Sohila Gadoyeva, an employee of the enterprise. - When such an enterprise was opened in the free economic zone of the district, I started working here. Workers are brought in company cars every day, lunch is provided, and my salary is three million soums. I am satisfied with the conditions created for rural women.
